The 2011 Vegetable Garden

This page was created just to post some pictures from the 2011 growing season in our vegetable garden. My goal this year is a nearly weed free garden and hopefully some very large pumpkins.I will post pictures in order of spring to fall. Enjoy!

No the soil is not that color. I put a thin layer of saw dust from when I cut down the willow tree on top of the garden. The task is to next till it into the ground for a healthier garden soil.

5/12/11- The garden was tilled about 1 week ago and this is what it currently looks like. The burn pile is getting a little out of control also......maybe I will burn it this weekend!!!
