First of let me give a thank you to all that helped make this event great! The weather may not of liked us for a little bit, but we pressed on and the event turned out pretty nice. Even with hurricane like weather we managed to pull off some pretty decent ribs. As this keeps growing each year I know that lessons will be learned and the result will be a better and better BBQ and event.
